Have you ever hunger for someone's hug or kisses after staying single for quite sometime??
Eventhough he or she might not be your bf/gf-to-be...
Might just be a passer by, a crush or someone bf/gf..
When will this feeling appear??
When you are stress? lonely? or just merely miss the feeling of hugging or kissing someone in the middle of the night ??
How will u feel if the person u hugging is just a passer by??

All of all, it's just something to calm our soul.
Something that you can have it but just dont cross the border line.
Of course, you can always fall in love with the passer that u hugged,
Hints your crush that you kissed,
But obviously don't fall into a trap or crossed the boundary with someone's bf/gf( that you hugged or kissed).

This is the rules in a game and you have to follow it.
Once you break the rules, all of the fun will be stop at that point and you gotta clean up the mess.
As for me, play safe without commitment and enjoy the fun of it.
